Cozy one bedroom corner house with fenced backyard perched above Edgewood Park in the Greater Auburndale neighborhood. House is equipped with a basketball, 2 tennis racquets with a fresh can of balls and skateboard. The dining room table converts to table tennis, which makes for Forest Gump speed play. Fun! Close to I70, but not so close you can hear it. The train whistles and rooster neighbor add nostalgic charm. You'll want to eat at Taco Als, a neighborhood favorite restaurant since 1963.

The space
The space is modern eclectic and features a large front porch with swing and supersized wicker chair great for enjoying a book or people watching at the park. There is a comfy queen bed with 100% soft cotton linens in the bedroom. The kitchen is bright with spacious countertops and the dining room table seats six. The office includes a Dell docking station, monitor, printer and scanner along with stapler, scotch tape, printing paper, paper clips and sticky notes. There is a 50 in smart tv with the fastest Cox wifi available for streaming HD video.
