I don't know where to start. I guess I will start by saying this was our first time using Air B&B and was not sure what to expect, even after reading the reviews. We took advantage of the 20% discount with Budget car rental which you will need to explore the island. We arrived and check in was a breeze, apartment was as described by host. The apartment was very clean and was above mine and my girls expectation, beds and couch very comfy. We did not use the snorkel equipment nor did we get in the water across the street but it was very nice looking from the balcony. We did utilize the beach towels along with the washer and dryer which we only used once but it did make for nice to clean our clothes even though we packed plenty. Bodden Town is as described not a far drive from numerous places to checkout. We drove nearly everyday to Rum Point which was awesome, we also went to the Botanical Gardens which my girl loved and I found quite pleasant. There are a few restaurants a bars in the area, we are a couple in our late 30s and it seemed like we were always back to the apartment by 11pm so I joked to her that we must be getting up in age turning in so early. Also on sunday and Mondays things seem to either close very early or not open at all. Monday took us about an hour to find a restaurant that was open. Overall very great place to stay and would recommend to all of our friends.

Suncoast #3 was a great place to stay in Grand Cayman. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all necessary amenities. We went in October so there were not many tourists, however during tourist season I could see how staying outside of the Seven Mile Beach area would be ideal. You have to rent a car to stay here for sure but that just means you get to drive around and see all that the island has to offer. The only thing that might be difficult for some is that Suncoast is on a busier street so it can be loud for sleeping. We had a beautiful ocean view to wake up to every morning and we had such a great time exploring! October was a great time to go because it wasn't crowded and we had the whole beach to ourselves! Make sure to bring bug spray though because at least during September/October the rains bring out the mosquitos. Thank you Winsome for providing us a wonderful place to stay on a beautiful island!!

We loved our stay with Winsome. She is responsive and helpful. The condo was clean and we'll taken care of. She even had items for the beach and for our baby so we didn't have to bring a lot of little stuff that would have made traveling more difficult. I would definitely stay here again.

Winsome was great with communication, kept us well informed during the booking, arrival etc. The apartment was exactly as described, and perfect for our family of 4, (we have two adult children - 19 & 22). The location was great, though you definitely need a car. We went out every day, driving around new areas of the island, and stopping off at lots of idyllic beaches. Our favorite was Spotts Beach in the mornings for snorkeling, where we saw see turtles feeding, and we enjoyed chilling at Rum Point. The beach chairs, towels and snorkels etc provided at the apartment were really useful when we went out. We also liked the kayaks belonging to the apartment that are over the road at the small beach, we used them quite a few times. We stayed in #1 and #3, and they were great, best views from #3. There are several good, well priced local eating places nearby that also do takeaway (Czech Inn, Rankins). Suncoast is a great location if you fancy something a bit quieter than the SMB tourist spot, and it's still really easy to go to SMB when you want (we liked Craft F&B, and Peppers for dinner). I would highly recommend Winsome's apartments in every way.

L(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)e IT! Thank you so much Winsome, Samantha, and Janet! The place is super clean, spacious, and safe. We felt right at home when we arrived. Winsome is such a pro, there are a abundance of towels (large beach towels!), snorkeling gears, beach chairs, and other beach-related accessories. A family of 3-4 can be easily accommodated. We went kayaking almost everyday. On a calm day, the water is so sparking and pristine that it just takes your breath away. We hung out on the boat for hours. Grand Cayman has so much to offer. If you love food, you are in luck. Name a cuisine you want to experience, you can probably find a restaurant that does it. However, eating out constantly can drain your wallet fast. So if you also love to cook, Winsome got everything ready for you in the kitchen. Sharp knife, fish knife (there is a fisherman place in George Town next to the Italian place that sells fresh catch) that specializes in filleting, various sizes of pots and pans, real wine glasses, coffee machine, microwave, oven, boiler, and a dishwasher. A fully equipped kitchen with ample space for prepping thank to the massive countertop (we live in Brooklyn NY, so it was such a luxury for us haha, still, it is big!). There are so much to write about the wonderfulness of Winsome's place. All I know is we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We have already turned into regulars after our first stay. Because no one does it like Winsome. It is THE BEST. Sam & Ivan Brooklyn, NY.

Beautiful home, great amenities. We felt as if we were at home away from home. Beautiful view to wake up to. Very quiet. We always stay at Winsome's property during our stay. I highly recommend her to anyone.

What a great place! Plenty of room, easy access to the sea for a swim or snorkel - be aware though it is shallow with sea weed patches, so great with younger kids (we saw octopus, moray, loads of fish) and it is an easy swim to get further out to deeper water. Easy to get to all the great places to swim/snorkel in the Caymans and the apartment has space for things to dry, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a dish washer, fairly well equipped kitchen - pretty much anything you could want to have an easy holiday.
