The apartment is located 20 min. walk from the "Le Suquet", which is the old quarter of Cannes, probably best known to tourists as the climbing, winding cobbled lane lined with local restaurants, Rue St Antoine. Le Suquet contains a clock tower and church that sit high-facing east overlooking the Bay of Cannes and Cannes itself. At the bottom of Le Suquet on Rue Dr. P. Gazagnaire is the Marché Forville, where the market is held in the mornings and early afternoon.

I'm retired and have plenty of time for studying and hosting. I'm investing a lot in the Cannes-apartment with the target to make my guests happy and keeping the place ready for myself, my family and friends. Since the arrival procedure is based on self-check-in and the departure is based on self-check-out, this time table is flexible. Just use the codes and come-in / get out.

4. ARRIVAL
4.1. To open the front door, please input the code:

4.3. If you made an input-mistake, push the "C" and try again.
4.4. The badge for the front door and the remote-control for the parking door, are hanging on the coat-hanger, on your right.
4.5. When departing, please leave them in the same place.

6. TV
We don't have English channels. However, you may connect your laptop to the TV set using my HDMI cable and watch English channels over the internet.

7. AIR CONDITIONING
Please empty every night the two buckets that collect the air conditioning drain water, on the balcony. Otherwise, it overflows at the neighbors from below and I'm getting severe complaints. Thanks.

8. HOUSE-MANAGER (La Gardienne)
The House-Manager's office is located in front of the main entrance.
Working hours:
Monday-Friday: 06:30-12:30 and 16:30-18:30
Saturday: 06:30-11:30
Sunday: closed
Upon arrival please contact the house-manager who will try to answer your first questions.
When departing, please say bye-bye to the house-manager.



P R A C T I C A L I N F O R M A T I O N

1. BALCONY:
1.1. In case of windy weather and on departure, please put the balcony furniture inside.
1.2. On departure, please close the electric shutters in both rooms.
2. ELECTRICITY:
The main switch is in the bedroom, inside the closet, near the left door
3. FACILITIES:
You may use all the apartment's facilities including: bedding, towels, cleaning agents, food, equipment etc. for your personal use during your visit. Not for take away!
4. GARBAGE:
1) We recycle!
2) The main garbage bins are located in the basement, marked: "Poubelle". The house-manager will guide you.
3) In the apartment you should separate the garbage into 3 bins, marked:
a) Cardboard / paper /plastic
b) Household garbage
c) Glass (ask the house-manager where to throw glassware)
5. GAS:
The security valve is located by the refrigerator.
6. HAIR-DRYER:
Located in the bath-room, in the white closet.
7. IRONING:
The iron is located in the bedroom-closet.

8. LAUNDRY:
The Laundry machine is in the kitchen and the drying rack on the balcony (or in the bedroom-closet)
9. OVEN:
A brand new combined oven: electrical + gas
10. SHOPPING:
1) The nearest supermarket is: "Leader Price", located just 7 minutes' walk from the apart at: 100 Rue Georges Clemenceau. Opened daily: 08:30-19:30. Sundays: 9:00 - 12:30.
2) The nearest Bakery (Boulangerie) is located just 4 minutes' walk from the apart at: 6 Boulevard du Midi Louise Moreau. Opened daily, (except Monday):06:30-19:00
11. SOFA BED:
Blue convertible sofa in the living room.
1) To transform the sofa into a double bed: Lift the front until hearing a click then push down to the double-bed position.
2) Back to "sofa mode": Lift the front until hearing a click and another click, then push it to the sofa-position.
12. TAXI:

13. TELEPHONE:

14. WATER:
