The space
Bedrooms:
The villa features 3 bedrooms, all situated on the ground floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners.
Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and additional bedding is available upon request.
Living Room:
The spacious living room includes seating for 6 people on a comfortable sofa.
There is a dining table with seating for 6 people.
Please note that the living room does not have an air conditioner.
Bathrooms:
There are 3 bathrooms within the villa, 2 bedrooms having its own attached bathroom and 1 common.
Basic toiletries are provided, but towels are not included.
Geysers are available in all the bathrooms for hot water.
Kitchen & Dining:
Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance.
Heavy cooking is prohibited.
The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier.
Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use.
Outdoor Area:
The villa offers a seating area on the lawn, and a balcony with a swing.
Please note that a nylon swimming costume is mandatory when using the pool
A private pool is available from 2pm till 10pm, the pool size is (20x10x4.5ft).
Additional Amenities:
In the event of a power failure, an inverter is on hand to provide backup power.
Games such as Carrom, Uno, Racket, and Playing Cards are available.
Projector available on Property (Chargeable at Rs 799/- per day), it is required to use your own OTT account to use OTT services.
Complimentary WiFi access is available during your stay. It may be intermittent at times.
Mosquito repellent can be provided upon request.
Secure parking space is available for 2 cars.
You can arrange for a bonfire with prior notice and at an additional cost. (Cannot be arranged during monsoon season).

The property is surrounded by nature, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals.
Repellents are available for mosquitoes, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house.

- Although the property is a ground floor structure, it is elevated and has 14 to 15 steps.
- Secured Parking Space for 2 cars.
- Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Approach road to the property may have potholes.
- The villa offers limited outdoor space, primarily in the form of the guest landing and parking area.

Guest access
- The property is amidst nature. Food left outdoors may invite insects and animals.
- For mosquitos, repellents are available, but we advise closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house.
-An additional deposit of 1000rs is required for badminton and volley ball kit, which will be refunded after the kit is returned in the same condition.
- An additional damage security deposit of Rs.5000 needs to paid at check and will be refunable at check out.
Other things to note
- Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM.
- During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges.
- We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited.
- You can bring your pet for an additional cost of Rs 1,000/- per pet.
- Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors.
- There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool.
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management.
- Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs.
- The management's decisions are final and binding.
- A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit.
- Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property.
Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected upon your arrival. This deposit will be refunded provided that the total number of guests does not increase, you adhere to the checkout time, and there are no damages caused by guests.
