The space

This leads into the lounge area containing a double recliner sofa, oak sideboard, nest of tables and wall mounted 32" smart tv which is connected to a Virgin Media tv system and wi-fi.
Also in the open plan area is a folding dining table with a pair of stools which when opened up could double as an office/working space area.
