A cozy cottage of 25 sqm with a view of the lake Asplången, Göta canal runs through the lake. It is 15 km to both Söderköping and Norrköping, and 40 km to Kolmården. The cottage has a combined living room and modern kitchen. Bedroom for two people and sleeping loft for three people. Bathroom with WC and shower. The house has air heat pump for heating and AC. A terrace with barbecue furnished for five people.

The space
The cottage is newly built (built in 2019) and is of functional and of high standard. Modern Scandinavian design.
There is a newly built permanent house on the site and the ground work has not yet been completed.
