Charming detached one bedroom house in the centre of Arambol, 3m walk from the beach. Great location, a quiet authentic place next to Goan families but with everything you should need walking distance away (cafés, yoga, shops, laundry etc).
Please read description about instant booking before booking.
Attention; Due to new features on airbnb where only places with instant booking appear in search I am obliged to add this feature on my listings against my will!! So I ask you to please send me a message and DONT BOOK straight away. Just send me a message with the house and dates and I will reply in less than 24 hours. Many thanks!!!
This cute little Goan house is simple yet comfortable and very well located in a peaceful area of the centre of Arambol, a 3 minute walk to the beach.
It has 1 double bedroom (with ceiling fan), a living room (with sofa/bed for an extra 2 people), kitchen with stove and fridge for self-catering, and western toilet with hot-water shower. There is also a really nice porch to hang-out on.
There is an ok wifi signal. Nice new sheets & towels provided. Nice new pillows on the beds. The kichen has fridge, stove and the basic for self-catring (plates, cuttlery, pots & pans tea, coffee set, coffee making pot).
Interaction with guests
If you want I can help you with motorbike rental, laundry and any other thing you may need for your stay.
Other things to note
It is perfect for a couple, or couple with 1-2 older children. I would say it is ok for a group of friends if you are on a tight budget and are close.
Please note that check in is from 3:00pm. to 9:00pm earlier/later check ins can be considered depending on availability.
check out is up to 11:00pm. I can keep your bags should you need to leave later on.
Please be respectful with the neighbours and treat the house with care.
I am a super chilled guy and I love to travel and meet new people. I practice meditation, yoga and I am a regression therapist. I have lived in many places around India and after coming to Goa frequently in the past years, I decided to make it my home. Looking forward to welcome you to this amazing place!
