The space

As you enter your triple exposure sun-drenched end unit you are immediately greeted by your open concept living & kitchen combo consisting of 9-foot ceilings, white soft-closing shaker-style kitchen cabinets, 4-piece stainless steel appliances & calacatta granite countertops. Enjoy morning coffee from your open peninsula or a glass of wine during “golden hour" and you’ll be in awe as the sun floods through your west and north-facing windows and fills the room with an orange, pink & purple glow during sunset. Your spa-like bathroom with an accent tile wall and window consists of a glass-enclosed stand-up shower with rain showerhead and plenty of storage in your recessed medicine cabinet, triple draw vanity & linen closet in the hallway. Wake up to the sunrises and sleep like a baby. Your south-facing bedroom gets great onshore sea breezes that will coddle you to sleep as salty air blow through the night. There is a walk-in closet that has been converted into an office space, perfect for getting a few hours in online before hitting the beach. If you're like me, lets just cut to the chase. FOOD SPOTS!

Ciro's Bakery on B129th is your closest spot for hot coffee, Cappuccino's, and pastry's. There's also a great bagel store, a DnD & 2 deli options for egg sandwiches to get you started. But, if you're here on the weekend and looking for service, PICO and Jameson's both have great brunch. So does The Wharf and Bungalow Bar, both located on the water off the bay. Go the opposite way to B116th street and hit up "Thank You", a coffee shop/cafe where you can window shop an eclectic variety of fresh, ready to go in-house made treats like scratch-made frittata, Japanese egg sandwiches, and pastry's (they also have great lunch options) Want to go a little further? Rockaway Bakery on B87th is the Sh#t! and known for the croissants but so much more!

Since we're "downtown" let’s just go straight to the "must try", Whit’s End. AKA Whit's, AKA the Pizza Nazi. Originally known for just his brick oven pizza's, Whit has flexed his culinary muscles over the years and made the locals fall in love with his Italian influenced menu and eclectic venue that is guaranteed to be a unique dining experience. Also, in the downtown area is RBQ on B97th smoking fresh BBQ meat and Uma’s, self-described as a Central Asian, Uzbek and Russian food eatery with a urban surfer vibe. Head back uptown and check out the Harbor Light or Jameson’s Pub for traditional American Fare, La Sorrentina for Italian and PICO will help you with your Margarita and Taco fix.
