🏡 It is a versatile space ideal for groups: 4 bedrooms distributed over 2 floors (3 independent units), with up to 9 beds + sofa beds, maximum capacity for 16 guests. Each unit has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living rooms, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen, which allows everyone to be together in the social area but independently when sleeping. Neighbourhood highlights

Cielo Mar is the neighborhood located between Crespo (where the airport is) and the Morros area. We are bordered by the Anillo Vial, the main road in the North zone, about 300 meters away, before the Las Americas hotel (coming from the airport) and right in front of the best beaches in the city, clean waters and extensive beaches (blue beach or formerly called Blas el Teso beaches, neighbors of the beaches of the Las Americas hotel).

We are an urban property, within the city of Cartagena, but still surrounded by a lot of nature, not to mention the proximity of the sea, since we are also neighbors of La Bocana (a canal with locks that connects the swamp of La Virgen with the sea).

As an urban property, vehicle access to the house is extremely easy, the streets that border the property are paved and in very good condition; with the additional advantage that we are located on 17, which is a blind street; this added to the fact that Cielo Mar is a stratum 5 residential area, makes it a very desirable neighborhood for a quiet and safe coexistence. You can park your vehicles on the dead-end street at the foot of the property's gate since there is almost no internal traffic.
