Located in the tranquil Staatsburg-Rhinebeck area, our home is accessible from the city (1.5 hrs to NYC: Grand Central Terminal or Penn Station), yet is located in pure idyllic countryside.

The grounds consist of a cottage (1930s), a carriage house (1880s), and a former smokehouse. You're minutes away from the Hudson River waterfront and picture-perfect towns like Rhinebeck, Tivoli, etc. The Catskills and the Berkshires are easy day trips!

The space
Our home was built in the 1930's, and is set on a quiet road. The kitchen features a vintage farmhouse sink, marble counter top and modern appliances to prepare a feast. You will dine in the keeping room, featuring a rustic wood-burning heating stove. The living area is a sun room, perfect for reading and lounging.

Throughout the space, we've sought to blend period-relevant furnishings with contemporary designs.

The grounds feature mature trees, charming stone walls, and a fire pit area for relaxing with a drink after work.
