Newly renovated 2nd level apartment in 100 year old part of home with European feel. Private entrance with lock box. Close to the lake but not on the lake and short walk to downtown, restaurants and shopping. Close to the Rotary Trail and Trans Canada for biking and walking/hiking. One block from the Peterborough Marina, Little Lake, Musicfest and Peterborough Memorial Centre(major sporting events and concerts). NO PETS & NON SMOKERS ONLY. WE LIVE ON THE MAIN LEVEL OF THE HOME.

Our neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. You often see the boys from accross the street throwing a ball or frisbee with their Dad and many people walking dogs.
