Authentic winegrower's house more than a hundred years old, in the pure architectural style of the region, in the heart of a small village located in the Roussillon plain, close to the main town (Perpignan 10 km), lively seaside villages and tourist beaches. Previously on the ground floor were the wine vats and the horse, which was used for vineyard work.

You will also find a nearby boule court where tournaments take place every week in summer ( Friday )
A 5-minute drive away, you can go for a walk or swim (under supervision) at Villeneuve-la-Raho Lake. You will be surrounded by all the mountain ranges in the area .
Beaches are 15 minutes by car ,approx. 10 km.
A bread depot can be found at the nearby butcher shop and at the café on the square.
An Intermarche open every day is at the exit of the village in the direction of Bages , about 600 meters from the house .
Perpignan is 10 minutes drive.
