The space
Welcome to a unique accommodation with high ceilings and lots of space of about 70 sqm. The annex is located close to the main building but is completely independent. Consisting of an older part, with a renovated fully-equipped kitchen, (kitchen from 2015) and TV/living room. In the 90s, this charming little house was built to serve as a studio for the advertising agency run here by the previous owners. This part is now cozily decorated with pillows, sofa, beds, carpets, etc. + a newly renovated bathroom. The feeling is modern and airy. Open floor plan and nice social areas. Good sleep and relaxation are guaranteed.

Private patio on one side of the house, a smaller screened lush part, exit from the kitchen, with seating in the greenery. Other times, you usually also have the rest of the plot to yourselves, but it can happen, especially in the high season of July, August, that you sometimes have to share it with other guests from the main building or us hosts. Possibility to borrow a barbecue. Sun loungers and various outdoor furniture are also available.

The best thing about the house is that it is close to the sea and a fantastic sandy beach. The car stays at home on the lot so don't bother with parking.

For those who like golf, Ystad Golf Club is about 200m away. If you prefer swimming pools, Nybrostrandsbadet is about 1km away. A walk away there is a swimming pool for the whole family, in the summer time. The facility has temperate water (about 26 degrees) and consists of a 25 meter pool with 1 meter and 3 meter trampoline, teaching pool, splash pool, a water slide and changing room with shower and sauna. Bring a picnic or buy something at the kiosk.

A short drive or bike ride away:

Ica Near Ge-Ma in Köpingebro 2 min drive away.

Hildas: Grill/pizzeria/ice cream parlor/life's 1 min drive away- 5 min by bike.

If you want to eat really good food, go to a spa or play shuffleboard, there is the pearl Ystad salt lake bath. Check out their website for more inspiring information. Other tips such as Fritidsbaren and Jakt, where you can play miniature golf, are also close at hand.

Ystad is 10 minutes away, with everything a summer city has to offer. Our hearts beat extra for Volunteer Fire Department city tours that are highly recommended, appreciated by both large and small.
