The space
The Tea Estates in Assam are one of a kind, the Bungalows are situated in between the tea plantations and gives one a true sense of being connected with nature. Tea is India's prime beverage and has the highest consumption also. See how one of the worlds best known beverages is grown and processed, along with being part of the family legacy.
Spread over 2500 acres of land right in the middle of a tea estate, the stay is a wonderful feeling not to be missed. An estate passed down the family's five generations is now over a hundred years old, we make sure you have warm and comfortable stay.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to experience the stay at the Directors Bungalow like the owners do. Your meals are looked after as the day progresses. Enjoy one of the fine cups of tea made by our staffs. Enjoy cooking if you like, whether if its indoors or having a barbecue outside around the Gazebo.
Beautiful gardens with Organic vegetables and fruits grown exclusively for house guests. Learn gardening and other farm related activities, have the tea factory tour, have a session of tea tasting, tea plantation tour on bike or car, learn how to pick tea leaves, learn how to make green tea right from scratch, go for a photo walk around the tea garden, navigate yourself in the many trails of Sapoi using a map, plant a tree and give it a name as you enjoy the organic way of life.

Kids of ages 2+ can enjoy the many different swings, play in the sand box, enjoy painting, glass painting, bamboo making and many more to keep them occupied. We have creche mothers to look after the kids during your stay to keep you relaxed and the kids engaged.
Enjoy going through a nearby sugarcane trail and have the freshly squeezed juice which is a favorite.
Go for a tour to the local organic tea farm and see how handmade tea is harvested and processed, includes fishing activities.
Walk around and converse with workers and their families. Enjoy an Organic way of living in a healthy, quiet, soothing and comforting environment far away from the stress of city lives.

During your stay
The guests will be looked after by Bungalow staffs. During the plucking season, one would have the owners traveling in and out. Share their experience during your stay. Helpers are their for every guest to guide and look after their needs. During our visit we give a personal touch to the guests stay to make them feel more welcomed and at home.

Other things to note
Meals are included in your stay. Due to the remote location the meals are carefully prepared for your liking. Our homemade recipes are simple and creative, rest assured leaving you satisfied. We also sell seasonal organic food items for guests to take back with them (Subject to Availability). Being reasonable and hygienic is in our care.
Electricity fluctuations are a problem in the state of Assam. We still run our DG Sets in times of need. We also keep security guards in our tea gardens to provide extra safety to guests. There is an on call doctor available 24x7 if any emergency arrives. We can also arrange a baby sitter for any young children so that you can be at rest while the kids are looked after with utmost care. Any special requests can also be entertained if in capacity, kindly let us know before.
