Two ensuite master bedrooms, a sleeping loft, porch, back deck, firepit, dock, kitchen, grill, picnic table, and a lake spectator area await you. Whether fishing, watching eagles roost, or relaxing, you'll enjoy your stay at River Roost.

The space
A beautiful view of Lake Seminole awaits your arrival at River Roost. Whether you enjoy tournament fishing, recreational water sports, gigging frogs, duck or alligator hunting, watching eagles roost, catching bream, retreating from this crazy world, reading the latest novel, binge watching sports, playing games with the family, or drinking coffee on the deck, this is the place for you. Located on Big Water across from Duck Refuge and Fort Scott Islands, you can easily crank up, leave the dock, and in a few minutes be fishing, hunting, or enjoying a family outing at Chattahoochee or East Bank Parks; picnicking, swimming, hiking, or swinging the kids on the playgrounds.

River Roost is equipped with every amenity: quick access to outstanding fishing and hunting; picturesque, peaceful nature to relish; a dock to tie-up your boat; WIFI to enable contact with your grandkids; a well-equipped kitchen to create your meals; smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom; a porch to sit and spend the day reading; a picnic table for family gatherings; a fire pit for cool nights; a deck to enjoy that morning cup of coffee; board games to play; a churn to create home-made ice cream; a grill; and excellent neighbors next door...(us).

Have a pet you want to bring? We allow dogs at a nightly fee of $20 per dog, two dog limit. Be sure to let us know ahead of time that your dog will be lodging with you.

My sister and I were fortunate enough to be taught how to fish by our father. He was an avid fisherman and his fishing fever was contagious. After retiring, he and Mom moved to Lake Seminole and began welcoming family and friends alike to join them on the lake. The fond memories and love for fishing, combined with the beauty of Lake Seminole, fuels our desire to be here. So much so, that my sister also moved here and my family visits frequently.
