This well-appointed home offers guests genuine beach frontage. An easy drive from Adelaide, you will find yourself a leisurely beach walk from the eateries and quaint retail shopping of Normanville, while nestled close to the famous wineries of McLaren Vale. A short commute will have you at Victor Harbour, famous for its coastline and whale watching. Golf is 5 minutes away from the links layout of Lady Bay. Long weekends need to be booked for the duration if booked well in advance.

The space
LOCATION: Absolute Beach Frontage at the southern end of Gold Coast Drive. The views and access to the beach from the property are near perfect!

BED CONFIGURATION: 3 Bedrooms consisting of 2 Queen beds and two bunks. Our place is not ideal for 8 adults unless it's a family(ies) with children. We also have baby furniture.

FACILITIES: A self-contained kitchen with basic condiments provided and the all-important coffee machine! An intimate Dining area as well as a comfortable Lounge/Family room, Laundry with both washing machine and dryer, one separate Bathroom and a separate Toilet. (No dishwasher)

FEATURES/ENTERTAINMENT: TV’s in Lounge/ Family area and two bedrooms, each with CD/DVD players, BBQ facilities and free WIFI

HEATING/COOLING: Reverse cycle air conditioning unit throughout entire home, with an additional heater in the Family/Lounge area.

LARGE SHED: This houses the portable BBQ which can be easily moved to the front lawn so one can watch the sun sink into the ocean while cooking dinner. A Table Tennis table and Dart Board are available and operational here as well, while this provides a great area for your pets to hunker down for the night if preferred.

PETS: Pets are welcome! In fact, the walking gets no better for canine lovers! We kindly request they remain within the fully fenced backyard unless under your control (beach walks etc) – as mentioned above, there is a large shed that can house them at night. There is no expectation for any pets to be locked away but if your pets become noisy (barking) please respect your neighbours. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms.

FENCING: As above, the backyard is fully fenced with access through bolted gates. The front yard is unfenced providing unhindered views of the majestic coastline.

LINEN – Blankets and doonas will be made available but you will be required to provide your own bed sheets and pillow cases as well as beach, bath and tea towels.
