The villa is surrounded by life, it has an incredible grove, fruit trees, a tree house, games and the imposing pool looks like a paradisiacal hotel.
It has a large barbecue area with a grill that allows you to fully enjoy a barbecue with family or friends.
Very bright, with incredible views from the Master Suite ... to let yourself be carried away by nature and the song of the birds.
If you walk through the Country you can enjoy a beautiful lake with turtles, ducks and herons.
Then you relax enjoying the sauna ... and the huge jacuzzi !!!!
If you want to go shopping, just 3 km away are the shopping malls and cinemas at Km. 50.
You can play golf, tennis, soccer, basketball, or just walk and forget about it all.

It has a beautiful old grove, a lot of tranquility, a beautiful lake with an island. Swans, ducks (which you can feed, they are very friendly) aquatic turtles, restaurant and all sports and services
