This is new remodeled home off Georgia Ave. NW in the Columbia Hgts/Petworth neighborhood, a bustling area near Petworth & 14th St metro stations. You are 6 mins from Downtown DC & 3 mins to the U Street corridor. The space is the main unit which is the upper 1st and 2nd floors. It is large w/3 bedrms/2 full bathrms on the 2nd floor, 1 bathrm is in the Master BR. The 1st and main floor has a lge bdrm w/full bath for a total of 4 BR's & 3 lge Baths.
The space
Located a few blocks North of Howard U, off Georgia Ave NW, in trendy Columbia Heights, NW, DC near HU is Townhome w/Beautiful/chic 1st flr living room/dining & kitchen of a new/completely remodeled Townhouse. This home has everything needed for a wonderful/comfy stay including work, friends/multi-family get-togethers/reunions, weddings, meetings, business social functions. A work Desk, Computer & printer, TV in living rm & TV's in all bedrooms/strong upgraded wifi speed to accommodate zoom meetings/Cable ready. The space is great for multiple families or small groups, adult gatherings etc. The typical guests who stay at the house & loving it are groups of friends, 2 or 3 families visiting for recreation, weddings, funerals. The space includes the 1st and 2nd floors of a 3 floor townhouse. There is a separate English basement with its own entrance and exit doors. It is locked off from the upper floors, however, it can be made available for larger groups of 12 or more or if you desire more space and beds (please inquire as the basement may not be available). The space, however on the 1st and 2nd floors can accommodate comfortably a group of 10 though it can sleep a max of 12 with double occupancy in every bedroom, with an additional person for the single sleep sofa in the master bedroom. The king bed in the master BR is very large, and added to that is a single sofa that opens up into a single bed for another guest or child. There are two other bedrooms on the 2nd floor, with queen and double beds and a second bath. The first floor has a very private bedroom with a full bathroom with large shower stall (perfect for persons with disabilities or medical inhibitions) just outside the door that leads into the large kitchen and living rooms. In the living room are two sofas that can also be used as beds. The backdoor leads to the fenced side and backyard which leads to the single parking space immediately behind the house. The backyard is equipped with table and chairs for relaxing and there's also a gas grill. The very private side of the house is available to use for social functions etc. The house is fully furnished with everything you need while away from home & in the unlikely event that you will need anything that you had expected but have not seen at the house, we will try our best to swiftly get it to you. The prices vary depending on the amount of booked guests. We are open to negotiations, and respectfully requests upfront disclosure of the amount of intended guests & any special use of the home, eg party. Pets are not allowed on the upper floors. If you desire the basement unit (if available), pets can be negotiated for an extra pet fee.
Guest access
The 1st and 2nd floors, backyard and side yard are available. There are chairs and table outside for your enjoyment and relaxation. A grill for outdoor cooking is provided. (No large partying however except business, family or other adult functions or get-togethers). Free private parking to the rear of the home for 1 vehicle. Other spaces can be rented by the owner of the spaces on request. There is unlimited street parking without any issues. A visitor parking permit can be obtained if needed. Stay multiple months for a further discount of 25-30%+.

**We will be happy to accommodate you for an early check in provided that no one is checking out that morning. If guests are checking out by 12.00 noon you can always drop off your luggage after 12.00 noon when the current guests leaves.

"Great place to stay. Many walkable bars and restaurants that are great. Easy access to the metro with a 5 minute walk to the Georgia Ave. Station. Felt super safe just a few houses down from the police station. Parking was easy even with 5 cars, street parking was a nonissue even during the week days. Doors automatically locking was nice, never had to worry if you forgot to or not. Bed were comfy, the rooms very cool with AC, clean, and well put together. I would recommend this to anyone!"

The entire space is available to all guest. Bedroom & bathroom availability is limited to the amount of guests booked based on double occupancy to the first 2 guests. e.g If only one guest books the space then only one bedroom and bathroom will become available for use with a second person at the advertised rate. Additional bedrooms and bathrooms will become available based on additional guests booked.
This home is very family and group friendly. It is also great for business colleagues/business partners to work remotely or conduct meetings during the week. The house is equipped with a desktop computer and printer with strong (upgraded) wi-fi. Other supplies for remote work can be furnished on request.
There is a police sub-precinct three doors from this home. So police officers frequently park their vehicles near the house, and don't be surprised if you encounter one as you open the front door saying a friendly greeting of "hello!" to you first. They are very friendly and always excited & willing to help.
