Away from the hustle and bustle of Mexico City, but only 1 and 1/2 hours away. Private development with a family atmosphere and 24-hour security.

We remind you that it is a private property, not a hotel, so it is necessary to carefully read the regulations prior to your booking.

Ideal for six guests. It has kitchen utensils, a roof garden and a private garden. Access to common areas such as pool and Aquazona. Very close to Lake Tequesquitengo and Jojutla.

The space
Rest house, has three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with single bunk bed), two full bathrooms (one on each floor), equipped kitchen with basic utensils (no microwave), a backyard (NOTE, it is under repair) and the roof garden. There are also common areas that you can enjoy such as: pool with splash pad, games and barbecue. The aqua zone with slides (ideal for the little ones), golf, soccer fields, basketball, volleyball and green areas with bathrooms and palapas in common areas (the latter must be booked in advance).

Guest access
You can access the entire house as well as all common areas, the palapas that are in common areas must be booked in advance. Check-in after 10 am and check-out at 4 pm.

Other things to note
We ask you to consider healthy coexistence with the neighbors, so we ask that after 11:00 pm the volume of music be moderate.
The light switch is locked for safety, as is the gas key to turn on the water heater.
Trash should be deposited in the dumpster located to the left of the entrance booth.
On Tuesdays, you cannot enter the pool due to maintenance.
The house has a water tank with a capacity of 1,000 liters. Due to recent water shortage problems and recommendations from the Municipality, water is distributed on a rotating basis. That is, if guests run out of the water available in the tank, they will have to wait for it to be refilled (which is done twice a day). Let's take care of the resource, please.
