The space

My unique 1870's Greek Revival home stands on the former "Ingalls-Wheeler-Horton Homestead site" c. 1730 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Surrounded by field and forest the 5 acre grounds offer a serene oasis. With its fruit- bearing trees, shrubs, vines and vegetable gardens, there is abundance year round. There are three bedrooms available and all have comfortable full size beds with bureaus, wardrobes and/or closets (sleeps 6). The bedrooms share a private bathroom separate from the host's bathroom. Breakfast options may include my signature grape juice, homemade scones or bread and fresh eggs from my exotic free range laying hens.

You will NOT find a better host than Tracy! Her home is so unique and her landscape is just breathtaking! Tracy goes above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable and treats you to her delicious homemade breakfast while Guinness keeps you company.

Tracy's bnb is great! We stayed here for a weekend trip to Newport Jazz Festival, close enough to the city but far enough that you have that country feel. Tracy's breakfast consisted of homemade scones, hand pressed grape juice, fresh eggs, fresh fruit...delicious!

Tracy's beautiful & grand house was an amazing get-away from New york's hustle and bustle- something we were looking for a weekend away from home. We were delighted to spend a calm and serene weekend at Tracy's place with hot breakfast prepared right before us by Tracy! It was an amazing addition to the beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath exquisite property with a hammock, huge garden, vegetable & fruit patch and chickens and her cutest pet- Guiness! Tracy was a terrific host and made our stay really smooth with a lot of recommendations about things to do and beaches to go to. We would love to come back again and would totally recommend it to our friends.

We enjoyed very much our stay with Tracy. At the beginning we were a tiny bit worried, because we usually rent Airbnb with the entire house for ourselves, without anyone else present. However, Tracy is very laid back, and she gave us lots of space and freedom to come and go. The amount of interaction was entirely up to us, and we actually ended up interacting with her, as she is a very interesting person. The kids also loved the dog, Guinness. The house is beautiful, and the grounds/garden fantastic, very beautiful. The nice breakfasts were also a big plus. We'd be very happy to return.

Besides being an Airbnb host, I am a sculptor with a long career in the toy industry. I am also an active gardener, baker, and cook with professional experience. A "work in progress" I consider my home and grounds an extension of my art, and expressive of a life long obsession with object and form.
