The space
Welcome to my home/art studio! I'm happy to share my beautiful home with you while I'm out of town.
The interior of the house is fully renovated - with an open concept common space, hardwood floors throughout, and great WiFi! The kitchen bar seating is perfect for morning coffee or hanging out! French doors from the dining room lead to our outdoor patio, charcoal grill, and fire pit in the backyard. With a fully equipped new kitchen and appliances, two bathrooms, and lots of windows, this house feels clean and bright.
★ FIRST FLOOR: LIVING + KITCHEN + DINING ROOM ★
The open floor plan allows for your entire group to be together while making meals and relaxing in the living room, dining table, or kitchen bar seating.
The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glassware, mugs, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker. Everything you need to cook a meal! The kitchen bar with 3 stools is perfect for morning coffee or hanging out!
Our dining room table comfortable fits 6, but has seating for 8. French doors next the dining room table lead to our outdoor patio with 6 chairs and a charcoal grill! An additional outdoor covered patio with a table & chairs is located at the back of the house accessible from the kitchen!
Relax in our living room furnished with a couch & loveseat, and chair! The living room has a smart 50" RokuTV for all of your personal streaming services! Note that there is no cable.
There are four small-medium sized bedrooms, plenty of space to sleep eight comfortably. The two full bathrooms are fully remodeled - the showers have great water pressure and hot water. All linens and towels are included.
★ FIRST FLOOR: 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS★
Bedroom 1 + bathroom 2: Has one queen bed, closet, dresser and attached full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: Has one queen bed, closet + hangers, and chair.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with full-sized tub and shower (only has shower head, no tub spout) accessible from common area.
★ SECOND FLOOR: 2 BEDROOMS ★
Bedroom 3: Has one queen bed, closet, dresser, and chair.
Bedroom 4: Has two twin beds, dresser, and chair.
The house is in a neighborhood setting- so not suitable for parties, but the backyard is large enough you'll quickly forget there are neighbors. The backyard has a large gathering space around around the fire pit, as long as the fire is under control, you'll be spending most of your nights out here. Although firewood is not provided, you can quickly get some from the Little General gas station just minutes away.
Whether you're looking to hike, climb, mountain bike, raft, or just relax and enjoy the beautiful area, this house will suit your needs perfectly.

Guests are welcome to the entirety of the house minus the garage.
Other things to note
Please note the stairs to the bedrooms upstairs are steep & open (see pictures) and not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.
There is no washer & dryer for guest use.
We have consciously chosen not to offer cable television. We do have a smart TV which you can log in to any of your personal streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc).
The dining table is small but there are plenty of options (outside patios & bar seating) to accommodate everyone (please see pictures). We do have a grill but please bring/pick up your own charcoal.
No pets allowed.
You will need to supply your own firewood for use in our outdoor fire pit.
We have a drip coffee maker with filters provided - please bring your own coffee.
City ordinances require all vehicles park in the driveway.
Check out is 11 AM. We have cleaners scheduled to come right at 11am. There will be a $75 late check out charge for guests checking out later than 11 am.
We do NOT have a house generator in the case of a power outage. We do have battery operated lanterns in the house.
IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
