Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Wörthstraße erreicht man in einer Minute, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Übrigens, falls jemand die Wohnung tagsüber mieten möchte, z.B. Um von dort aus zu arbeiten, wäre das auch möglich, tagsüber ist niemand in der Wohnung.

Bei dieser Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Altbauwohnung der 70er Jahre. Ich mag Landhausstil, deswegen ist die Wohnhung so ausgerichtet, also nichts Modernes.
