Handicap Ramp HOUSE RULES
1. Remove wet or dirty footwear upon entry.
2. Minimize electric ( shut off lights when not in use). Keep HVAC on AUTO setting
3. Promptly clean all spills & or Ice or water drips off floors
4. Promptly put food waste in outside trash recepticle Daily.
5. Extra cleaning charges for excessive cleaning ( such as dishes & stove, soiled linens. etc.)
6. Laundry is a common area. Keep door locked. Use is $2.00 per load. (deposit in mailbox)
7. No Parties No Smoking No Drugs No pets
8. Pay for Extra Overnight Guests (over 1st , 2 yrs. old & up) Fee is $6.00 each.
9. Late checkout past 11 a.m. is $10. per hour
10. one (1) car off street parking Pull Forward as much as possible.
11. Flush only , waste & ONLY TOILET PAPER IN TOILETS.
12. TO CHECK OUT: a) Take your trash out. b) wash your dishes c) check for all your belongings
d) place KEY on table e) latch door knob to LOCK possition & CLOSE DOOR.
