This recently renovated "Mansions" apartment with a superb CBD address makes an ideal base to explore Adelaide. Close to Adelaide’s shopping, restaurant, cultural and university precincts. Fringe & Festival, WomAdelaide, and TDU village are only a short stroll away, as is the National Wine Centre, Festival Theatre, Adelaide Zoo, Adelaide Oval, Convention Centre, Botanic Gardens, Art Gallery, Museum, Library & RAH. It is also in close proximity to some of Adelaide’s best dining and bars.

The space
Recently renovated, this stylish apartment provides a spacious one bedroom and open plan kitchen, lounge and dining. The "Mansions" is a purpose built apartment dating back to 1910. It’s full of character and charm and every floor displays historical photos of Adelaide. The (recently heritage tiled) "Juliette" balcony lets you enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine overlooking Pulteney St and nearby North Terrace. Perfect for business traveler's requiring more space or couples to enjoy time away. Great for long term guests with a fully equipped kitchen, Flat Screen smart TV, fast WIFI and working area. A coin operated washing machine is available in the building a few steps away. Continental breakfast is provided to welcome your stay. Milk, bread, fruit, cereals, jams & spreads and generous supply of Nespresso Coffee pods for the coffee maker and an assortment of Twinings teas are also available.

Adelaide's cultural boulevard on North Terrace is a few steps away, visit the Art Gallery, The National wine centre, Convention Centre, SA Museum, State Library, War Memorial and the Botanical Gardens. The Adelaide Oval is about 1km walk or catch the free tram to the doorstep. Enjoy a show at the Festival Theatre, by tram or a quick easy walk. Fringe and Festival events are literally on the doorstep. TDU street event and tour village are a 5 min walk. Adelaide Superloop street circuit is an easy 10 minute walk, WomAdelaide is a short and beautiful stroll through the botanical gardens. The shopping precinct of Rundle mall is a few steps away. Romeo's Foodland (supermarket) is only 50m walk to stock up on any essential items. The Adelaide Central Market is a must see visit and a gastronomic and sensory delight and a 15 minute walk or a free tram/bus ride.
