Comfortable suite. The Sunny Suite has a separate entrance, private bathroom, bunk bed (80 cm wide) and double bed, desk, large wardrobe, TV, wireless Internet, minibar, microwave, parking space for one car.
It is close to the Interlagos Race Track, where Formula 1 takes place, and Lollapalooza, and just minutes from the Transamérica Expo and Parque da Mônica.
A few meters away there are restaurants, fast food, market, banks, park, bike path, football field, nautical clubs and marinas.

Ideal location for those going to the south of São Paulo, the largest city in Brazil, with several means of transport available. The suite has independent access from the main residence. Includes all necessary equipment for those traveling for business or pleasure. Includes free wifi, minibar, microwave, TV, hairdryer, iron and desk. The bedroom has a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, large wardrobe, is sunny and quiet. From the window you can see the garden with many trees. It has all bed and bath linen, blankets, pillows and crockery and cutlery for two people. Our neighborhood is residential and quiet and we have space in the garage for up to two cars.

Guest access
Guests will have independent access to the en-suite, which is at the bottom of the property. They can also use the terrace in front of the property (where smoking is allowed), the service area and the yard.

Other things to note
It's important to note that we do not serve breakfast or meals. But there are numerous good places, about 200 meters away, where you can have breakfast or meals. In the en-suite there is a 1.5 liter bottle of mineral water and a welcome basket with cookies, toast and coffee and sugar stickers. Both the water and the basket are free.
Another important note: due to the reduction in water pressure by the water supplier Sabesp - daily after 7 p.m. - throughout the city of São Paulo, bathing is no longer pleasant due to the low water pressure. Therefore, we recommend that guests take their showers before 7 p.m.

We are in a quiet and wooded neighborhood. Next to the Guarapiranga reservoir, which is the "beach" of São Paulo and a 10-minute walk from the Interlagos Circuit, where Formula 1, Stock Car, motorcycle, Superbike Series races are held, as well as music events such as Lollapalooza, Maximus Festival and Milkshake Festival. Very close to Mônica Park. High-speed wireless internet is free. There are restaurants, markets, snack bars and banks about 200 meters from the house. And public transportation to all areas of the city is 150 meters away.
