Trailer parking is not allowed at the property, but winter guests may use the designated snowmobile parking area near Red Rock Road and Highway 20.
Please refrain from parking your vehicle inside the garage to keep it clean. Please park outside.

You will have access to the entire property. Please park your vehicles outside of the garage to keep the garage area clean and not to need to move the games.
Other things to note
This house cannot accommodate trailers at the property, but you can park at the designated spot for the subdivision which is at the corner of Red Rock Road and Highway 20 and you can ride your snowmobiles to the property.
From October to May 15th weather conditions can be unpredictable and snowfall may occur at any time of the year. We recommend arriving well-prepared for changing weather conditions by using 4x4 vehicles with proper tires.
Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.
You will be asked to agree an outside contract that clarifies the details and ensures proper expectations on both sides.
The properties are surrounded by meadows which can at times grow to be tall. If you expect Kentucky bluegrass at all times around the property, we may not be the best choice for you. Thank you so much.
Please note that our home is located in a rural area, where summers are typically dry and dusty. It is very common to have dust, debris and cobwebs on the decks and outside areas in spite of our efforts. Also, fire pits may not be usable due to fire restrictions.
Please note that nearby road or property construction may occur and is outside our control.
The outside of the cabin maybe be different from the depicted photos based on the season, sunset and more. This is a high altitude and forested area and the landscape changes immensely from season to season. This is not a city dueling, and as such the meadows and landscaping around the cabin will change throughout the season.
