Where you’ll be

Khet Bang Rak, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon, Thailand

Why are my home and Bangrak district the best area to stay in Bangkok?

- Tons of street food including Michelin guide's street food stalls

- Saphan Taksin BTS station and Sathorn central pier are just 5 minutes walk away. Your trip around Bangkok will be easy, enjoyable, and of course affordable.

- It's a good chance to blend with the local. This area is full of more than 100 years old buildings and houses. There are temples, a church, a hindu temple and a mosque in a walking distance. You will see how people from a different roots have been living together for a hundred years.

**Getting to know Bang Rak district.**

Bang Rak literally means “The District of Love”. Thai people believe that getting the marriage certificate at Bang Rak District Office will guarantee their everlasting love.

Staying here, you will get to know how local people live. It’s an old district with tons of food hawkers, street food stalls ,and 100 years old family-run restaurants and shops. It is also the heaven of street food lovers. You have to try EVERYTHING. I will repeat “EVERYTHING”. Thai street food is ranked the best in the world.

This district offers good vibes of both luxury and local life. That’s why many 5 stars hotels are located here, Shangri La, the Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Hilton, etc.

My condo is on between Chareon Krung Road, the first road in Thailand to be built using modern construction methods, and Silom Road where the night life and business district joining together.

Built during 1862–1864 in the reign of King Rama 4(our current King is King Rama 10), Chareon Krung road runs from the old city centre in Rattanakosin Island, passes through Bangkok's Chinatown, continues into Bang Rak District, where it formerly served the community of European expatriates.

My house is located just less than 5 minutes to Saphan Taksin train station and Sathorn central pier. Getting around Bangkok can't be easier.

I have a guide map which is available in the house. It tells you what to do and where to go and eat in the neighborhood. You will find it hard to do and try everything within your stay! There is sooooo much to do here.
