Karin's place was an excellent and gorgeous stay. It could've only been matched by her great and warming hospitality. Would love to come back anytime of the year.

Karin left some home grown fruit and local produce, which was great. The garden is spacious and has hummingbirds flying around. A small wood to explore at the garden's edge and Trinidad Bay just down the road - don't miss this at sunset! We had a great time. Thanks, Karin!

Karin's hospitality, knowledge of local digs, and thoughtful little touches made my short visit to the Redwoods extra special. Thank you Karin - I'll be in touch next time I'm around this neck of the woods!

We had a wonderful time staying with Karin! The rental was very comfortable and clean when we arrived. Karin provided us with a bowl of fresh local produce that was delicious, and also encouraged us to pick some herbs and fruit on her property. Karin also gave us some great food recommendations and sightseeing recommendations. We had such a great experience we would absolutely make sure to stay with Karin again!

I've never had a better AirBnB experience. From arriving to some local and gorgeous food, chatting over wine, enjoying the stars from my bathtub, I felt supremely rejuvenated and dare I say taken care of at this AirBnB. I'm not one to talk to any hosts beyond their needs, but I enjoyed sitting with Karin outside over some snacks and wine (she didn't pressure--I did, ha ha!) and feeling free to pick from her garden. When I wanted to walk around for sunset and dinner, Karin went on to her own thing and I got some quality alone time at her place, which I felt free to explore and enjoy. It takes a special kind of host for guests to feel comfortable and also feel they have quality privacy and social time. I plan to return to the beauty and healing feeling of Trinidad and Karin's place regularly. I've been around the world many times, and I don't think I can give a higher recommendation for a host or experience and its value both monetarily and in ways that can't be measured.

Thankful for our "year round summer camp" life in a tiny seaside, redwooded Paradise with two kitties and a dog, sharing our homestead with local wildlife, plants and animals. Semi retired from 30 years of teaching from daycare to Headstart, then helping start our first local Waldorf inspired Charter school and then teaching nine years on our Hoopa Reservation. I've returned to my first life in hospitality, hosting you amazing people from all over the world.
