Enjoy an old-timey wood cabin lodge near Big Bear Lake, with nearby parks, outdoor recreational area, including BBQ. A block away from Big Bear Blvd. The Village city entertainment hub less than a mile away, as well as marinas and other attractions under a mile. Walk to breakfast at Grizzly Manor Cafe right up the road for early morning breakfast, or warm up coffee during cold winter months.

This Cabin is cramped, but you can fit a large party to enjoy Big Bear at a low cost.

Guest access
See those outdoor stationary BBQ grills? You're free to use them, just bring your own charcoal and other BBQ grill cooking equipment. You can access the yard right up until midway through the park (just a bit past the swing bench).

Other things to note
*** California COVID-19 Lockdown 12/7/2020: Southern California has experienced a surge in COVID-19 cases, and per the governor's order, Southern California has met the threshold to shutdown. This cabin is still available to rent, however, it is only open to essential travelers. Please look at the state's website to see if you fit any of the categories under "essential travel". This is in effect for 3 weeks starting on 12/7/2020. For bookings after those 3 weeks, please book at your own risk if any shutdown extensions may be on the horizon. Thank you for understanding, and stay safe!

PROPERTY LINE

The yard that is part of our property and the neighbors ones looks shared because they use to be the same property. However, the property line ends where the fencing for cabin 5 stretches to Lahontan drive is. Another landmark is where the double seat swing is (our side). A bit after that is the neighbor’s property. Please don’t hesitate to call if there are any confusions!

PETS

We use to have very generous pet policy, but too often guests are not following the pet rules, so I've increased the cost per pet to $20. Please note the extra rules regarding pets in the house rules section too.

Hi I’m Kim. I’m doing my masters at USC. Parents purchased some cabins up in Big Bear Lake, but I’m managing most things :p If you read this far, I’m a big fan of board games. I leave some up in big bear, so if you and your party want some board games for your stay, let me know. If they’re available, I’ll leave them in the cabin. Still reading? ... I’m originally from New Zealand... like to hike, read fiction, watch movies and television... and other activities introverts like?
