Second bedroom: Two single beds (with electric blankets) and a bunk bed and a ceiling fan.
Uncapped Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

Comfortable sleeper couch for two people is in the bottom lounge area.

Beautiful deck area with a built in braai/barbeque and tables and chairs to seat 10 people. Spectacular view!

The space
We have built our home to make you feel like you are at home. The house has an open plan area upstairs with a dining room (10 seater table and chairs) and a window seat which offers you amazing views. A spacious lounge with a fire place which then leads into a fully equipped kitchen.

We designed it with a very social environment in mind, whereby guests could interact whilst cooking, or watching television.

We also offer a sleeper couch for two people in the downstairs lounge and a guest bathroom up stairs (with toilet and basin).

The sleeping area is downstairs, so that guests who want to have an early night, could do so whilst their friends or family carry on socialising upstairs.

All bedrooms lead onto an outside patio area and large lawn. So you can watch the birds sing in the mornings whilst enjoying a cup of coffee.

The yard is around 3000m2, and is fully enclosed to keep your family and fur babies safe. We have recently added a fire pit for your enjoyment.

Guest access
Any space in the house is available to you. There are no restrictions.

Other things to note
We do not offer DSTV, but we have Wifi for live streaming (YouTube, Netflix etc). We do have the DSTV app on the TV, for you to log in with your own details is required.

Where you’ll be

Clarens, Free State, South Africa

We have amazing neighbours, and our street is one of the few that is tarred in Clarens. We are also less than 1km from the town centre, so you have the benefit of some solitude when required, but also a quick drive or walk into town if you felt like a more social environment at one of the many stunning pubs and restaurants on offer.

I live in Johannesburg with my husband, Duncan and our two furry kids (Jake and Lyeza). We love the outdoors and chose Clarens to build our home, for the beauty of the mountains, the fresh air, the lovely people and the magical town itself.
