Great house for moments of relaxation and unwinding. Well ventilated, located 650 meters from the beach. Very comfortable.
Note: New roof, but when there is very heavy rain, the balcony may have some leaks in small spots, only on the balcony! Inside the house everything is fine! We have a pool attendant to ensure that the pool is always clean for use.

House well divided on a 21-meter plot facing the street, where it is basically divided between the house and recreational area, two garage gates, well furnished, barbecue and everything for a good barbecue.
