Relax in the lounge by the log fire in winter, or in the sun-filled conservatory or secluded garden in the summer. The space
The house was built in 1912, as home and studio for artists Benjamin and Isabelle Leder. Hidden away in private woodland and garden, it is reminiscent of a slower more pensive way of life. Off the beaten track, and yet close to both Penzance and St Ives, as well as some of the most beautiful sandy beaches and coves, it offers the perfect setting for self-catering holidays.

Rosemerryn can be rented on a whole house self-catering basis for 12 - 14 people. There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, 5 bathrooms, a large, spacious lounge, a conservatory and a big farmhouse kitchen. We have recently added a studio/games room, with table tennis and overhead projector for movies, which is also suitable for Yoga or workshops. There is a barbeque area in the garden and guests have access to the 7 acres of woodland.
