Our street has homes dating from the 1860s To 1910. Some are completely renovated, Some are in the process. We are in an 1892 Romanesque Revival home. We are in the heart of the city. Minutes from Wayne State University, Downtown, the Cultural Center , three stadiums, and the Medical Center. You can be anywhere in the city or suburbs in minutes via the three expressways that come together near us. The airport is twenty minutes away. There is plenty of free parking in front.
The room is in a private corner of our home. It overlooks the street with a large window. The view is of two 1876 Second Empire homes with an attached forest. The unique aspect of our street is that it feels like the country when we are less than a mile from skyscrapers and restaurants for every taste. There is an attached private half bath. The shower is in the shared bathroom on the same floor. There is a walk in closet if you need it.
Please feel free to use the living room and kitchen. We also have a very large, landscaped yard that is at your disposal.

I am a self employed artist. My studio is in my home. It makes me more available to be a host. I enjoy meeting new people and welcoming them into my home. I live in a large Victorian near Downtown. It was built in 1892, located on 1/2 acre in the Midtown-Woodbridge historic neighborhood. Most of my home is available for my guests to use. LGBT friendly.
