This is a fully remodeled single home with many upgrades. All bedrooms have a full closet and dresser/ Master has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed & chase lounge, and bedroom 3 has a single bed. The tiled bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and free standing shower. Living room offers plenty of seating as the couch and 2 chairs are all recliners. There is a 2 seat breakfast bar that looks into the kitchen. Kitchen has a poured counter top, with all the essentials.

The space
There is a patch of drywall on the living room ceiling that is not finished due to a water leak. We are in the process of fixing it. The kitchen has all appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils, silverware, pots & pans. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are supplied as are towels, pillows, linens, blankets, etc.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. There is a spacious backyard with a place to have a small bonfire at the back of the property. Please do not have a raging fire, you will be made to put it out. We have camping chairs in the backroom for guests use. If you would like use of the grill and/or firepit, please let us know so that we can have it available for your use.

Other things to note
We have stated how far we are from most locations in the area. Please keep this in mind when booking. Our house is a driving distance away from Ellicottville, casino and Olean. Thank you.
