The neighborhood surrounded by alleys, boulevards, fountains and bicycle lanes that lead to different sights and attractions of the city, such as : Palace of the Republic, "Kok-Tobe" Hill Gondola, Republic Square, Russian Drama Theatre named after Lermontov, Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Abay Kazakh State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater etc. The gondola station of famous ski-resort "Shymbulak" is about 40 minutes from the apartment by taxi.
