Welcome to The Chrysalis; a place for transformations!!

I affectionately refer to her as “my seaside cabin in the woods”.

The 400sq ft. tiny home sits on 4.5 acres of land. We are located just 3 miles outside Mentone city limits, right off of Alabama Hwy. 117.

If interested, consider booking a date or sending me a message. If not, then …

One last note: I do live in the home and the listing is for the guest room; the home has two separate bedrooms.

See y’all soon and bless your heart!

Where you’ll be

Mentone, Alabama, United States

What can I tell you about Mentone?

The facts: it’s a small town proven by the fact that it has exactly one traffic light and it’s a flashing one.

We are located in what’s called the “ABC triangle”. Within an hour and a half drive, you can find yourself in Atlanta, Birmingham, or Chattanooga.

There are 3 state parks within driving distance; Desoto State Park, Little River Canyon, and Cloudland Canyon State Park.

Mentone is home for 12 summer camps as well as a ski resort.

Find the one traffic light and you also find the Farmer’s Market every Saturday from 10am-1pm, local restaurants and artisan shops.

To find out what’s happening around town during your visit, have a look at the local paper, The Groundhog. There are free copies available around town as well as an online version.

Mentone speaks to each of us in our own way; all we have to do is listen.
