* All bed rooms are fitting with energy efficient air conditioner, extra comfort queen mattress, pillows, bed sheets, comforters, towels etc.
* Centralized water heater, no geyser in individual bathrooms
* There is a well-appointed kitchen with pots and pans, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and some cooking basics
* The villa has high speed internet connection, cable TV, iron, hangers, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper
* There is no air conditioner in the living space. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and living area.
* The max capacity is 6 + 2 extra adults. Extra adults will incur additional cost, please check while booking.

1. This is a non-smoking property
2. This is a calm and family-oriented neighborhood. 10PM – 6AM quiet hours please
3. The villa road is bit narrow compared to the main roads which keeps the heavy traffic away! You can comfortably drive a SUV/Van through this road, but could be challenging at times when bikes/cars improperly parked by the roadside! You may also prefer to park your SUV/cars in the main road which is couple houses away!
4. One bed room in ground floor, two bed rooms and the game rook in first floor
5. There is no lift/elevator. If you have aged parents/senior citizens in your group, please make sure they are comfortable with stairs.
6. Parking and baggage assistance providing during check-in and check-out.
7. Please provide ETA at your earliest on the day of check-in, for a smooth check-in process
8. Please keep all doors and windows closed all time
9. Terrace is off-limits

Your safety and comfort are our top priority! You can stay comfortably knowing we take extra care to disinfect the villa & frequently touched areas between reservations following strict guidelines!
We are washing all linens in the hottest possible settings with fabric sanitizer.

Neighbourhood highlights

When in Puducherry whether you’re trying to see the sights or splurge some money there is something for everyone.
Our personal favorites when it comes to attractions are Rock beach, the French War Memorial and Bharathi Park. We also highly recommend taking a day trip to Auroville which is about 13 kilometers away. There you will find a very interesting town and the main attraction, Auroville’s Golden Globe which in itself is a sight to behold.
When it comes to shopping and dining we suggest visiting the Sunday market if you are here for the weekend. Mission street is also a prime location in the shopping district and is a host to a variety of stores. Promenade beach contains many shops as well if you’re looking for handmade items or souvenirs. In terms of dining there are all types of cuisine in Puducherry and none will disappoint. Our favorites are Le Cafe which is on Promenade Beach, Asian House, Cafe Xtasi and Baker’s Street (good for breakfast). All of these restaurants will give you an amazing cultural experience while also allowing you to explore the culinary expertise of Puducherry.
Transportation is easily accessible in Puducherry. You will see autos everywhere or if you prefer taking the wheel you can access many bike rental shops located nearby on Mission street. But because you will be so close to everything walking is definitely an option as well!
