The house is a single family home, with a front and Back balcony to just chill in the afternoons or evenings.

we don’t charge cleaning fee, to keep the rental price low, please clean after yourself, 😊(that includes kitchen, room and bathroom after usage )
THERE IS NO LAUNDRY PRIVILEGIES in the home, however the laundry mat is 5 minute drive from the home.
For stays over one month we are not providing any toiletries due to the fact that we already build a huge discounts after 1 month stay
