The Place offers 2 bedroom Home with a beautiful living area . Entire apartment will be with Guests.

Guest access
The Guests can access the Entire Apartment and the common Areas like Parking , Pool etc.

Other things to note
- Please make sure to contact me from "Contact Host " Tab before Booking the Place for better understanding of the property.

- Smoking and Drinking is not allowed at the pool side area , In that case society will charge 5000 rupees.


- Cleaning is provided every day, once in a day.

- we promote light cooking at apartment only like breakfast and all, no heavy cooking is recommended.

Its a self check in Property ,there is no one for help with Luggage.( Caretaker availability 11 am-6 pm)


- we have Inverter as power back up on which only fans and lights will work.

- Apartment is on 3rd floor. Its a self check in Property ,there is no one for help with Luggage after 6 pm.

-Road side parking is available

- Society lift is available to access the apartment

- Uninformed and non sanctioned Late Checkout invites the penalty of Half rent of that day.
