De Waterkant Charm is a light and airy double story house. The main bed ensuite is upstairs as is the living area, open plan kitchen, and dining room. The views from the large balcony with built-in braai is vast. To the left is a distant view of the V&A Waterfront's Ferris wheel and to the right is views of Cape Quarters and distant sea views. Downstairs is the second room with queen bed and ensuite plus a separate desk/study area with sleeper couch and a separate spacious full guest bathroom

The townhouse has a four-plate gas burner stove with an electric oven. There is a bbq on the balcony and plenty of space to sit and enjoy sundowners Meals could be enjoyed here if preferred to sitting at the 6 place dining room table.
