Lovingly renovated, two-story brick house (circa 1848) is located in Old North End of downtown Burlington. It is one of the oldest in the area and has enormous charm and character. Newly renovated bedroom with private bathroom. Shared living room, study and sun room. Off-street parking and two kayaks available to use locally, free of charge. There is also a large backyard, and a shed for storing your bikes/kayaks/skis, if you happen to bring them along.

The space
We are avid Airbnb'rs and are looking forward to using all we've learned to provide nice touches and comfort to your stay in the heart of urban Burlington. Sorry, no smoking in the house.

We allow one pet only and charge an additional $50 cleaning fee. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your pet so we can alter your reservation.

We absolutely love our neighborhood! We have two yoga studios, a fabulous cafe (Barrio), a vegan bakery (Knead) and several wonderful restaurants: Shinjuku Station (sushi), Nunyuns (cafe), Taco Gordo (Mexican), Pho Hung (Vietnamese), and many more, all within a 2-3 block radius of the house. We are also about a 5 to 10 minutes from the center of downtown Burlington, the Church Street Market Place, and a 15-20 walk to the Burlington bike path on Lake Champlain.
