由两部分组成，南屋是小清新式，有两张1.5m*2m的榻榻米，可同时容纳四个人，如身材苗条五个人也没有问题。北屋是北欧简风，一张1.5m*2m的欧式铁艺双人床。

可做饭（提供全套做饭工具及碗筷盘碟，但保持厨房清洁）可聚会，但尽量不要太嗨，尤其晚十点后请不要大声喧哗影响周围邻居休息。
