LJ Hooker Iluka presents "Bayside Beauty". Being in a row of 3 townhouses that backs onto Iluka Bay, you can enjoy leisurely strolls along the foreshore at your doorstep. This generous 3 bedroom townhouse offers a balcony off the main bedroom with distant water glimpses. Being located next door to Sedgers Reef Hotel means getting home after a dinner is a breeze. The bedrooms are well sized and cater to everyoneâs needs. Featuring two queen beds, a double beds and a set of bunks for the kids. Conveniently there is a bathroom upstairs plus extra shower and toilet in the laundry downstairs. Take advantage of the sunny back courtyard for BBQ's and entertaining. This property is sure to please!

* For guests that love fishing, there is a chest freezer in the garage for you to put your catch in.
