Hi I'm Kate and I am 58 years old. I am a retired Mental Health Nurse and live with my husband, Kevin who is 64 and a retired factory manager. 2 friendly dogs and a cat. We also have 2 horses who live close by. We have a lovely home in a beautiful semi-rural setting between Brecon and Hay on Wye. This is close to the Brecon Beacons National Park with everything this area has to offer, including a full range of outdoor activities, beautiful walks and an area of outstanding natural beauty We are well travelled ourselves having visited some 77 different countries around the World staying in a range of different accommodations. Both of us are foodies, however I am pescatarian and Kevin doesn't eat fish but eats meat. I regularly have periods throughout the year when I stick to a vegan diet. We both like spending time outdoors with the animals and tending to our garden. We are sociable and love entertaining family and friends. We travel approximately 3 times a year and enjoy exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. Our life motto is to treat others in the way we would like to be treated, to respect all forms of life and to keep developing as individuals as well as a couple. Whilst we are sociable and outgoing we are equally comfortable spending time together quietly.
