Weekdays reduced from $150 per night to $120 per night. Friday and Saturday nights reduced from $170 per night to $140 per night.

This stand alone fully equipped building is best suited for one to three people with a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the main living area. The Yurt is situated between the old original home and the refurbished studio - within a 10 minute walk of the shops and is fully set up for self catering.

The space
This double glazed yurt is shady and cool in summer with a wide verandah surrounding 2/3rds of the building and a split system air conditioner inside. There is wheelchair access to all areas and a ramp from the car park to the front doors with accessible bathroom facilities.
In the cooler months the area quickly warms up with a gas log fire and natural sunlight coming into the bedroom in the morning and under the north facing verandah into the living area throughout the day.
DOGS.
Although there are two resident dogs living here permanently, this is not set up for your pets. I can recommend both Dog and cat boarding shelters nearby if you want to stay close.

With a breakfast bakery and coffee shop around the corner, Thai, Indian, Japanese, Legends Sporting Pub, Pizza, Fish and Chips, IGA, Local Pub Bottleshops, Dan Murphy's, and all the Raymond st shops all 5 - 10 minutes walk. You are still in a safe family residential area. Some neighbourhood children and dogs from time to time blend with the sounds of magpies, currawongs, wattle birds, and other native birds in a quiet street just 100 m from York st.
Sale also is flat and boasts wetland and riverside walks, 30 mins drive to the 90 mile beach, Gippsland lakes and close to many rail trails for walking and pushbike riding.

During your stay

Two adult sisters live on site - Anne in the original white 19th century house and Sally in the studio. Sally is your host and will be available during your stay but your privacy and time in the yurt is your own.
2 friendly dogs will welcome you and will spend time with you if you allow them. They will only come into the Yurt if you invite them in.
