My place is a small condo (662 ft) in the most beautiful and convenient location in Burlington! 5 min walk to waterfront park, bike path and 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Burlington! The room is spacious and has good natural light! NO A/C (no air-conditioning)!
Because of the close proximity to most interesting spots in town, you can walk everywhere!
Please pay attention to Burlington Parking Bans, warning system of yellow lights mounted on utility poles throughout the city.

The space
This is a very simple, inexpensive accommodation! The bedroom is 12’x9’ with double size bed. It’s geared to guests, who travel light and are interested in the convenience of downtown location!
There is NO air conditioner. I can provide a floor fan. I usually store some stuff in the closet, if you are planning on using it, please let me know and I'll easily make it available to you!
I do not provide bottled water. You are welcome to refill your water bottle in the kitchen! Burlington city water is very good!
The listing does not include the use of the kitchen or the balcony.
I have a parakeet, who lives in the cage in the living-room!

The neighborhood is very nice! Very close to the main park, waterfront area, bike path and 10 min walk to all the coffee shops, restaurants and bars! About 15 min walk gets you to North beach!
Winter Parking/Parking Bans
“Burlington maintains a warning system of yellow lights mounted on utility poles throughout the city. These lights are activated when a snow parking ban is declared. Parking bans must be declared by 3:00pm and take effect at 10:00pm that night. When the lights are on, parking is prohibited on any street in the residential areas from 10:00pm to 7:00am and in the downtown/Church Street Marketplace areas from 12:00 midnight to 6:00am. This prohibition allows snow removal crews to effectively clear city streets of snow and restore them to operating efficiently. Vehicles found on the street will be issued a $125.00 parking ticket and towed to the nearest street the Public Works Department designates as a drop-off point. This would be a street that has been cleared of snow. Vehicles found with more than $75.00 in outstanding fines or previous winter tow tickets will be towed to a designated garage until payment is made. During parking bans, free parking is available in the City owned parking garages.”
