Park your RV in this peaceful, private and quiet environment, surrounding by nature - it beats a bland, cookie-cutter RV park any day. You'll be minutes from all major amenities and traffic routes but feel secluded in our peaceful oasis.

Rest, relax and enjoy...

If you're looking for all the RV comforts, this may not be for you. But if you are looking for privacy and tranquility, we have an ideal spot for you.

The space
Why stay in a bland, boring, cookie-cutter RV park, with no real privacy, when you can stay in - and soak in - a beautiful, private and quiet setting surrounded by nature while being just minutes away from all major amenities?

Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature in a serene, wooded environment.

Park your RV or camper in this beautiful spot.

Our acreage is conveniently located less than five-minutes outside Spruce Grove and 15 minutes from West Edmonton. Services like shopping and banking, sports and recreation, and culture and leisure are close by, but you'll feel far removed from the hustle-and-bustle while staying at our oasis.

This is a NON-SERVICED site (no power, sewer or water hook-up); however, outdoor tap water is available for filling up your water reservoir or water cooler. RV sewer/gray water disposal services are available in the nearby communities of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and/or Edmonton.

Guests have access to a large, open green space to play frisbee, softball (catch), or to simply relax. There is also a horseshoe court on site, as well as a concrete pad with a basketball net to shoot hoops.

Or guests can meditate or go for a walk on the 3.4-acre property or take a nap in one of our comfortable hammocks under the trees.

Dogs (limit two) are permitted for an additional fee ($10/dog/night) but must be on-leash at all times. Please pick up after your pet. Guests must be in control of their pets at all times (three community off-leash dog parks are within 10-minutes' drive).

Seasonal sites are available from May to October long-weekends. Long-stays will be considered. Maximum two units but each must be booked separately at the nightly rate.

NOTE: there are no bedrooms, bathrooms or showers on site, despite the overview showing such (unfortunately, AirBNB's default settings do not allow hosts to change those settings to zero).
