Located on the second floor, the apartment features a balcony attached only to the living room. Daily housekeeping is provided. Just a 10 mins drive from Coco Beach and 15 mins from Candolim Beach, near The Lazy Goose (3 km), The Burger Factory (2.6 km).

Alternatively, we can share the contact of a local vendor who delivers directly to the building. The nearest market for essentials is in Verem, just a 3-minute drive away. For a larger supermarket, you can head to Newton’s or Delfino’s, both about a 10-minute drive from the apartment complex.

⏰ Early Check-in / Late Check-out
Available at an additional charge, subject to villa availability. Please message us 2 days prior to check if it's possible.

🧹 Daily housekeeping is provided 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Towels and linen are provided, with a full change after every 3rd night.

Free parking available at the entrance of the property on first come first basis.

🏠Monthly Stays
We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 28 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 20,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these.


LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the apartment at that time. Message us 2 days in advance and we will be able to tell you whether it is possible or not.

Neighbourhood highlights

Coco beach is a mere 7 min drive from the property but is not suitable for swimming and swimmers must be careful as the beach has a steep gradient which quickly takes into the deep waters. However, from this beach depart boat rides to go onto the Mandovi river or dolphin watching. Stop for a sunset drink or food at Teresa by the Beach by Sly Granny, the most beautiful spot in the neighborhood
Candolim beach, on the other side, will be a 10 min drive. It is a popular and beautiful beach with many beach restaurants to enjoy a day out.
Calangute beach is the next one on the coast, extremely popular!
