Lovely one-story house in the countryside with all the comforts!
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space.
The bathrooms are newly renovated. The larger one has a shower while the smaller one is a guest toilet. Two bedrooms with single beds. Living room with sofa bed for two people.
A large plot of land with chickens, cats, rabbits and crops. The swimming area in Lake Mälaren is about 2 km away. Bicycles can be borrowed if needed. Barbecue grill and outdoor furniture are also available.
About 55 minutes by car to Stockholm. The train to Stockholm Central Station takes 45 minutes from Strängnäs.

Guest access
Everything in the house is available to guests except two bedrooms, garage and storage. Parking is available outdoors.
Both guest bedrooms have single beds. 90x200 cm.
In the living room, there is a large sofa bed that easily accommodates 2 adults or 3-4 children depending on age.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with most of what you can think of. Large dining table with room for 8 people.
The patio has a charcoal grill and 8 dining areas.
Large lovely garden with forest at the back. There is a cage with two rabbits and another with silk hens. 3 cats run around the area and have access to the laundry room through a cat flap. We also have bees at the far end of the property.
We live here permanently, so renting is only sporadic.
