Super charming studio with private terrace in an original very scenic, romantic finca or rural house in Ibicenco style in the Mid-East of Ibiza, close to several small (nude) beaches and idyllic small bays and less than 100m to the beach of Cala Martina. The house is decorated by Casey Godrie, the owner and also owner of Bebob Design Amsterdam, is super close to the sea in a very quiet area next door to the famous hippie market of Es Canar and next door La Playa Camping. Very charming studio with beautiful sixties Louis Poulsen lamp, a large private garden with terrace, drying rack and hammock in an original very scenic, romantic hippie style house in Ibicenco style. A cozy small room with kitchenette including fridge and 2 induction cookers, an oven, a sleeping-sofa, comfy cushions, a dining set, next to the kitchenette, safety box, private bathroom with hot water shower, toilet and sink.

Enjoy your privacy and meet other travellers in our frontgarden and back garden. You can sometimes even use the rooftop on request.

You have a private entrance in our beautiful original sixties, hippie style finca, with two steps, blinds and French doors, a free safety box, free parking in the street, a private terrace/garden plus a large garden in the back for all tenants with facilities as common toilet, what avoids visitors need to go through your bedroom or kitchen house your private toilet. The toilet outside in the back garden is made out of recycled wood. There is also an open air shower or feet shower, if you come from the beach. We provide an outside double sink to wash your hands or plates after barbecue ( only barbecue when you don't disturb anybody with burning meat or fish, because many vegan people stay with us , also don't smoke in the common areas or on your private terrace and of course not inside your accommodation if you botter other guests please ) under the chimney on the backside of the house. Also in the garden is a creative swing set, a store room for extra needs to use for all tenants like yoga mats, beach mats, hair dryer, extra cutlery, plates glasses, drying rack, cleaning stuff, fans etcetera.
Ask for an additional places to sleep, for extra charge, for your friends, if you need; an extra mattress for on the floor is available.
Check out our roof top, open on request, with stunning ocean view, sunset and sunrise, since this is the highest house of the few houses outside the forest.
On the roof we have chairs, running tapwater, electricity and a magnificent Bali bed. The roof top could be exclusively booked for massage or photo shoots etcetera though, so you can only go there with permit.
Your accommodation has a private entrance, private garden/balcony with private drying rack, private deposit box, private bathroom plus hippie style common front garden with hippy made meeting table, common hippie style back garden with meeting table, swing, barbecue, toilet, double sink, store room including useful tools to borrow. We are course available for advise and tips.
We supply a private hammock in your garden and a common hammock in the back garden, a free safety box, private drying rack, extra chairs, barbecue in authentic chimney, open air shower, many common spaces to hang out and meet other tenants. Ask for an additional places to sleep for your friends, if you need. We prefer to avoid AC ( Air Conditioning ) because it's not very healthy and we prefer an environmental friendly behaviour but we supply AC, even you seldom need it.. We also rebuilt the house in a way where we recycled most. We supply the AC though because many people feel insecure about the heat during the night, plus it can be used as heater during more chilly nights in off season and we want to supply this escape to give you a comfortable feeling, but we are sure you will experience you don't need it because the house is airy, got blinds which gives privacy and is cool, when the windows are open. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation and please don't abuse water and/or electricity. One Love

I'm so extremely happy with this property because I am since long, long time trying to find a property, close to the beach, with ocean view sunrise and sunset over the ocean in an area where nice, regular and nude, beaches are, not necessary to get there by car. In this area you can bike around in a stretch to about 20 kilometer. Even the Las Dallas hippiemarket is on biking distance, circa 25 minutes and the Es Canar Hippie market is walking distance, 5 minutes. I was looking for an area, quiet, away from the extreme party area, close to a nice city, as St. Eularia is, with enough nice restaurants, f.i. vegetarian ones, with more than village like supplies and enough wellness, spirituality, yoga, breath-work etc. around, with entertainment, but not the mainstream entertainment, as I find on Wednesday in the Es Canar hippie market and all week in lounge centre, restaurant, terrace, L' Amorigen at Cala Nova, 10 minutes biking.

Close to Hippie markets, walking distance 5 minutes and biking distance 25 minuets for the other one.
Very close to the ocean and many beaches in a pretty quiet area, close to Camping La Playa and Cala Martina and Punta Arabi.
Common garden in the front and in the back with outside feet-shower, barbecue, chill places.
